Aerial Straps Teacher & Performer Training – L1
Who are you?
An aspiring straps coach? A budding aerial straps performer? Someone who just wants to learn all the ins and out of introductory technique?
The L1 covers has been taken and loved by all of the above. Not sure if it’s the right fit for you? Reach out and ask!
While the training is built for future straps coaches, about 50% of the past attendees are aerialists who intend to use it to increase their own aerial training and straps knowledge, and to prepare them for the Level 2 training (which is geared towards coaching and performing straps at a higher level). If you want to take the training for yourself, but aren’t sure if the program is right for you, reach out!

How much time will I need?
This training can take a LOT of time for folks who try to perfect each and every single skill. The aim is to give you the building blocks to learn how to learn each skill tree even if not every progression or drill is perfected during the training.
The total time commitment is quite high, but you will have access to the skill reference videos forever. The in-depth tutorial and lecture videos are accessible during the teacher training – though you always have the option of extending your access to the training.
You will have the option of being added to a private FB group with other prior attendees to brainstorm solutions, new drills, etc all around learning straps1

Testimonials
I’ve been to several teacher trainings that did not feel appropriately leveled where I’ve left feeling like I didn’t learn as much as desired or “get my money’s worth”. This training was the first that I have been 100% satisfied with. The amount of material covered was good, and I appreciated learning so many progressions and drills to help students (or myself) work up to a skill. I feel like I have all the tools I need to build training plans for myself as well as lesson plans for experienced aerialists looking to start straps training. You allowed us plenty of time to work through skills thoroughly and get a full understanding of everything, while maintaining a good pace and not making me feel like I was just sitting around waiting for the next thing. You also made it fun – which is hugely important but not often the case with teacher trainings.
Excellent ability to organize and connect information in an accessible way for people coming from different backgrounds, apparatuses, and motivations. I really enjoyed that the atmosphere encouraged us to offer & receive feedback from one another in addition to your feedback, and practice hands on spotting.
Aerial Straps Review Pt. 3 – Caffeinated Acrobat Straps
Caffeinated Acrobat straps are made by a straps artist with safety, grip, and comfort as the priorities, and it shows. I trust them quite a lot, find them versatile, and still quite comfy (but not as comfy as some of the microsuede/velvet makes). Total scoresPrice: ...
Aerial Straps Review Series Pt. 2 – Lyons Straps
Straps made by a straps-mom. Lyon Straps are new on the scene, but so far have been slinging straps left and right to folks who last minute need new pairs and are based in the US or CA. Overall, they're a solid option for pretty comfy straps for nearly all skills. ...
Aerial Straps Review Series – Pt. 1
Alright y'all, so I'm starting a new series based on the many questions I get about what straps I use, where to buy them, and the pros and cons of each of the different styles and producers of straps. This was partially prompted by my video of single strap breaking on...
