The v1 of this guide is very detailed and helped me understand many underlying principles of C-shaping. Thanks also to Aaron for responding to my messages and guiding me to the guide that would suit my stage of progression best.

This guide is the go-to resource for C-shaping. I appreciate the consolidation of anatomy, theory, break down, drills, and structure it offers. It has the right amount of detail that is informative but not overwhelming. The inclusion of images, linked videos, and descriptions are very helpful for a self-learner. C-shaping in general can seem like an elusive concept, especially when trying to search the internet, Instagram, or YouTube on how to approach it. I feel this guide has given me structure I need to help me unlock the next level of aerial skills gated by C shaping.

The new version of this manual has consistent improvements respect to the old one which was alredy really good material! A great lesson in biomechanics, injury prevention and rationale behind setting up a training plan, plus of course a lot of material on the specific technique of C-shaping. Another confirmation that Aaron is one of the best straps teachers (but I would say more generally aerial/circus educators) out there!
