Where:
House of Honey provides a relaxing, boutique location for learning aerial with an international community of aerialists from the world over! Spend your days training hard, and your nights playing or relaxing hard (in the pool, on the rig, or playing actual games).
Enjoy delicious food grown in Portugal! Most of our meals include fresh fruits and vegetables from the local farmer’s market in Lagos. Carefully planned to provide you with everything your body needs to train, our chefs cater to specific needs — whether you’re vegan, vegetarian or you eat it all 🙂
On the terrace where we serve meals, you also have access to a gorgeous salt pool, jacuzzi and ice bath. The mature garden, over 30 years old, also offers plenty of places to relax and unwind.
I had so much fun at this straps retreat with Koz! Koz’s straps and overall training knowledge is amazing, and he is able to transfer it well and adapt it to different levels and learning styles. Will definitely attend more of these in the future!
I learned so much from training with Aaron and had the most amazing time on this retreat!! Aaron provided helpful scaffolding for skill-building appropriate for everyone on the retreat at any level, meeting each of us where we were. I’m so grateful to have gotten to grow as a straps artist in such a beautiful place with so many amazing people! –

Straps made by a straps-mom. Lyon Straps are new on the scene, but so far have been slinging straps left and right to folks who last minute need new pairs and are based in the US or CA. Overall, they're a solid option for pretty comfy straps for nearly all skills. ...
Aerial Straps Review Series – Pt. 1
Alright y'all, so I'm starting a new series based on the many questions I get about what straps I use, where to buy them, and the pros and cons of each of the different styles and producers of straps. This was partially prompted by my video of single strap breaking on...
