An 7 week customized program, based on your goals, time available to commit to train, equipment, starting point, and any current accommodations or injuries you may have. There are 3 work weeks, 1 deload week (ideally coinciding with any periods of hormonal changes) and another 3 work weeks.
Fill out this intake form with your goals, equipment, et cetera, submit intake videos for review, and once intake form and payment are received, any further information needed will be requested.
A live program will be sent to you with sets/reps of the selected programmed exercises with a general schedule, as well as guidelines on how to adjust your training in response to life happening. Each week you’ll have the option of sending video updates for skill review, enabling progression/regression as needed. A live 30-minute intake session will be done for those who are Thriving Despite the Pandemic (and above), and an additional live 30-minute check-in session will be done for those who are Treating Themselves and Others.
